Ravi is a phenomenal mentor and a thought provoking leader who can channelise your thoughts and guide you to success. He is a definite go-to-person for leadership skill development. Ravi patiently listened to me, understood my needs, refined my key goals and measures and guided me. He also helped me in building an approach and a plan to achieve my goals. The leadership mentoring sessions with Ravi were wonderful, and I was well guided by the practical examples, approach and great experiences shared by him.

I found P. C. Ragu very resourceful and street smart. He understands things on the ground. The 12 sessions really helped me to perform by role in an efficient and friction-less manner. Some of his insights and tips on topics such as Priority management, Collaboration, conflict management, stakeholder management were truly phenomenal. The aha moment for me was the discussion on topic ‘how to preempt and think like your boss’. PC went to great lengths to help me understand on how to think like your boss, by understanding his KPIs, his agendas and thus priorities, and getting all the right questions answered before-hand. This really helped me reach complete alignment with departmental and organizational goals.

I have been associated with Mr. Suresh Verghis for the past two months as my Executive Coach, as part of our Global Leadership Exchange Program. The emphasis of the program is on developing our Leadership Agility. My personal experience with Suresh has been excellent. I have found his ability to listen, summarize and provide feedback to be exceptional. I would attribute his success as a coach to the fact that he has used the depth and breadth of his rich experience and domain expertise. Suresh Verghis has been engaged with our Executive Directors and the Senior Leadership Team to bring in change from the old ways of working to new ways of working. In order to improve our profitability, I realized that teamwork and individual development was important. This is where Suresh has created tremendous impact not just for my team but also for myself. I have found Suresh’s coaching and mentoring approach to be non-prescriptive yet, one of self-discovery with tools that my team and I can use day to day and experience the improvement in ourselves personally. Mr. P. C. Raguraman made me delve deep into my ways of handling conflicts and delegation, my two development areas. He improved my thought processes around them and helped me become an effective handler of both these leadership competencies. I find myself extremely successful in both these areas now.

At first I thought it was yet another mentoring program, but it all changed in the first interaction with Ravi. We connected immediately and the relationship continues till date.  I find Ravi very welcoming, inspiring and easy to work with. In this program, rather than mapping out one direct path for your growth and carrier, he has instead served a much broader purpose: he has given me valuable tools to make the most of all growth opportunities and to become my own agent for change. I thank Congruent and Ravi for the change they brought about in my journey.

My sessions with Mr. P. C. Raguraman have always been an enriching experience in discovering myself and learning ways to get better at whatever I was doing. Some of his simple techniques have helped me to look at issues differently and turn them into a launchpad for lasting solutions, be it in career planning or even in work life balance. The sessions are sprinkled with insights from his own experiences which inspire me to push myself in exploring new avenues. A simple, structured, implementable framework, sans jargon, bring about a positive change in your life, combined with a pragmatic outlook — is how I see it. Of course, one has to work a lot towards achieving one’s goals but now you do that with a sense of purpose and confidence.

Ravi’s mentoring program was never carried-out in a predefined framework model. It was always designed to meet the expectations of the individual.  It also met the group and organizational needs. Ravi was good in using realistic examples, listening to my concerns and presenting multiple perspectives. This enabled me to think better and make the right decisions.

During my tenure as the Principal of T.I School, I happened to meet Mr G. N. Radhakrishnan, at an opportune time. It was a phase when I was struggling with a lot of issues at work. I found him to be a genuine listener and absolutely non–judgmental in approach. His supportive nature and non-intimidating style helped me open up to him and share my problems. Through questions, he gently helped me find solutions and take responsibility of solutions I arrived at. His mentoring helped me gradually become more assertive and handle issues in a fair and firm manner. In the process I started respecting my needs. I am very grateful to Mr. Radhakrishnan for the timely support and help he gave me, and I owe this positive transformation in me solely to him. Wishing him many more opportunities to touch lives.
