Ravi is a phenomenal mentor and a thought provoking leader who can channelise your thoughts and guide you to success. He is a definite go-to-person for leadership skill development. Resourceful and street-smart
I found P. C. Ragu very resourceful and street smart. He understands things on the ground. The 12 sessions really helped me to perform by role in an efficient and friction-less manner. Some of his insights and tips on topics such as Priority management, Collaboration, conflict management, stakeholder management were truly phenomenal. The aha moment for me was the discussion on topic ‘how to preempt and think like your boss’. PC went to great lengths to help me understand on how to think like your boss, by understanding his KPIs, his agendas and thus priorities, and getting all the right questions answered before-hand. This really helped me reach complete alignment with departmental and organizational goals.

I have been associated with Mr. Suresh Verghis for the past two months as my Executive Coach, as part of our Global Leadership Exchange Program. Mr. P. C. Raguraman made me delve deep into my ways of handling conflicts and delegation, my two development areas. An enriching experience
My sessions with Mr. P. C. Raguraman have always been an enriching experience in discovering myself and learning ways to get better at whatever I was doing. Some of his simple techniques have helped me to look at issues differently and turn them into a launchpad for lasting solutions, be it in career planning or even in work life balance. The sessions are sprinkled with insights from his own experiences which inspire me to push myself in exploring new avenues. A simple, structured, implementable framework, sans jargon, bring about a positive change in your life, combined with a pragmatic outlook — is how I see it. Of course, one has to work a lot towards achieving one’s goals but now you do that with a sense of purpose and confidence.
Multiple perspectives
Ravi’s mentoring program was never carried-out in a predefined framework model. It was always designed to meet the expectations of the individual. It also met the group and organizational needs. Ravi was good in using realistic examples, listening to my concerns and presenting multiple perspectives. This enabled me to think better and make the right decisions.
A genuine listener
During my tenure as the Principal of T.I School, I happened to meet Mr G. N. Radhakrishnan, at an opportune time. It was a phase when I was struggling with a lot of issues at work. I found him to be a genuine listener and absolutely non–judgmental in approach. His supportive nature and non-intimidating style helped me open up to him and share my problems. Through questions, he gently helped me find solutions and take responsibility of solutions I arrived at. His mentoring helped me gradually become more assertive and handle issues in a fair and firm manner. In the process I started respecting my needs.
